I’m not as clear as a piece of glass
nobody knows me well
even I don’t know myself
I’m not some lyrics
that you can read of a paper
because nobody knows
who I am
I am really different
because
I’m that person

Is shy in class
but is talkative
when around friends
I’m that person that
is serious
but will have fun
when given the chance
I’m that person that
is shy and serious
but can be happy and energetic
I’m that person
and I’m not
going to change
who I am

I love how relatable your poem is! It's a great skill to be confident in yourself, and I'm with you 110%, as nobody should have to change for others, but only for themselves.
ReplyDeleteI really like the repetition of "I'm that person," and I can definitely relate. Also, I like how you made the point that even if you don't truly know yourself, you should still be confident with who you are.
